摘 要:目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液协同IFN-α对肝癌SMMC-7721细胞体外增殖与侵袭力的影响。方法:在SMMC-7721体外培养系中加入小剂量参芪扶正注射液(0.5 g/L)及IFN-α,MTT法检测参芪扶正注射液协同IFN-α对SMMC-7721细胞增殖作用的影响;Transwell检测参芪扶正注射液对SMMC-7721细胞迁移能力的抑制作用;Invasion实验检测参芪扶正注射液对SM M C-7721细胞增殖能力的影响。结果:与单独使用IFN-α相比较,参芪扶正注射液联合IFN-α能够降低SMMC-7721细胞的增殖能力(P<0.05);同时还能够抑制SMMC-7721细胞的迁移能力(P<0.05)以及侵袭能力(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液协同IFN-α在体外可以有效抑制SMMC-7721细胞的增殖能力,并降低其迁移力及侵袭性。Objective: To determine the synergistic effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with interferon alpha on the proliferation and invasiveness of hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC-7721 cells in vitro.Methods:After adding Shenqi Fuzheng injection(0.5 g/L) and interferon alpha(IFN-α) to the SM MC-7721 in vitro culture system for 24 hours,the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection and interferon alpha on the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells was detected by MTT method.The effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the migration ability of SMMC-7721 cells was detected by Transwell;the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the proliferation ability of SMMC-7721 cells was detected by Invasion test.Results:Compared with the use of interferon alpha alone,Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with interferon alpha could reduce the proliferation ability of SMMC-7721 cells(P<0.05);at the same time,it could also inhibit the migration ability of SMMC-7721 cells(P<0.05).and invasive ability(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with interferon alpha can effectively inhibit the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells in vitro,and reduce their migration and invasiveness.
