摘 要:设计了一种以液压马达驱动的10 MN液压机,为了研究液压机工作时的动态特性,以其电液伺服比例阀控液压马达速度控制系统为研究对象,利用AMESim和Matlab/Simulink两个软件独特的功能优势,搭建电液伺服比例阀控马达系统的机械模型和控制模型,进行联合仿真。对液压马达的转速采用模糊PID控制算法,并与传统PID控制算法进行比较分析。仿真结果表明:模糊PID控制算法在电液伺服比例阀控马达转速控制上,响应时间明显比常规PID控制策略更短,具有更小的超调量和更好的追踪性能,控制效果明显优于常规的PID控制方法。This paper proposes a 10 MN hydraulic press driven by a hydraulic motor. In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic press, the speed control system of the electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve-controlled hydraulic motor is used as the research object. By using the unique functional advantages of AMESim and Matlab/Simulink, this paper builds a mechanical model and a control model of the electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve-controlled motor system, and then carries out co-simulation. The fuzzy PID control algorithm is adopted in this paper to control the speed of the hydraulic motor and is compared with the traditional PID control algorithm. The simulation results show that the response time of the fuzzy PID control algorithm is significantly shorter than that of the conventional PID control strategy in the speed control of the electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve-controlled motor, with smaller overshoot and better tracking performance, and the control effect is significantly better than that of the conventional PID control strategy.
