高管技术经历与企业创新质量:来自A股制造业上市公司的证据

摘　　要：以2011—2020年A股制造业上市企业为研究样本,实证检验了CEO技术经历对企业创新的影响。研究发现,CEO技术经历显著正向影响企业的创新质量,体现在创新成果突破性、原创性和价值性的提高上。细分CEO技术经历后发现,技术经历的层次越高,对企业创新质量的提升作用越强;相比本土技术经历,海外技术经历对创新质量的促进作用更强;相比非学术技术经历,学术技术经历对创新质量的促进作用更强。进一步研究发现,CEO技术经历对国有企业创新质量的促进作用比非国有企业更强,CEO技术经历对高技术企业创新质量的促进作用更加显著。研究为企业构建“技术型领导力”和政府完善企业创新激励政策提供了决策依据。From 2011 to 2020,the study empirically tests the impact of CEO technical experience on corporate innovation.We found that CEO technical experience significantly positively affects the innovation quality of enterprises,and the impact is reflected in the breakthrough,originality and value of innovation.After subdividing the CEO’s technical experience,it is found that the higher the level of technical experience,the stronger the improvement of enterprise innovation quality;compared with local technical experience,overseas technical experience has a stronger role in promoting innovation quality;compared with non-academic technical experience,Academic technical experience also has a stronger role in promoting the quality of innovation.Further research found that CEO technical experience has a stronger effect on the innovation quality of stateowned enterprises than non-state-owned enterprises;CEO technical experience also has a more significant effect on the innovation quality of high-tech enterprises.
