摘　　要：以沈阳城市建设学院为例,介绍其《管理学》课程教学的现状,阐述“三位一体”《管理学》课程教学改革理念,提出“三位一体”教学模式《管理学》改革的思路,最后总结三位一体”《管理学》课程教学改革成效,希望通过《管理学》课程改革,提高学生学习创新与实践能力,提升管理学课程教学质量和人才培养水平。Taking Shenyang Urban Construction College as an example, this paper introduces the current situation of its “Management” course teaching, expounds the “Trinity” teaching reform concept of “Management” course, puts forward the “Trinity” teaching mode “Management” reform ideas, and finally summarizes the effect of “Trinity” “Management” teaching reform. It is hoped that through the “Management” course reform, the innovation and practice ability of students will be improved, and the teaching quality of the management course and the level of talent training will be improved.
