摘  要:青年教师是高校发展的后续力量和重要资源。发挥“党建+”优势,借助麦克里兰胜任力“冰山模型”,提出以思想信念引领、教学科研促进和工作平台延展三个维度,探索优化高校青年教师胜任力提升路径,增强支部建设与学院工作开展的实效性,并形成协调联动发展的新局面。进一步丰富基层党组织建设与人才培养理论,为高等院校党建工作提供借鉴,为实现立德树人根本目标提供支持。Young teachers are the follow-up force and important resources for the development of colleges and universities. Giving full play to the advantages of “Party building+” model, with the aid of David McClelland’s competency “iceberg model”, the paper puts forward to three dimensions: leading by ideology and belief, promoting teaching and scientific researches, and extending the work platform, to explore and optimize the path of improving the competency of young teachers in colleges and universities, and then enhance the work efficiency of the branch and college’s construction, in order to form a new situation of coordinated development. These practices can enrich the theory of grassroots Party organization construction and talent training, further provide references for the Party construction work of colleges and universities, so as to provide support for the realization of the fundamental goal of moral education.
