摘　　要：中药化学是运用现代科学技术手段研究中药化学成分的学科,是中药学专业学生的专业基础课,在中药创新型人才培养模式中具有举足轻重的地位。文章在中医药理论指导下,以临床价值为导向,依据中药新药的药学研究内容为指导原则,将中药化学成分及研究方法与中药新药的研发相结合,从中药化学成分在中药资源的应用、复方制剂配伍的应用,中药化学成分的理化性质在剂型选择的应用、提取分离方法在制备工艺的应用、鉴定测定技术在质量控制的应用等5个角度出发,为中药学专业人才药物创新能力的培养探索思路和方向。Chemistry for Chinese materia medica is a subject to study the chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) by modern scientific methods. It is a specialized basic course for students majoring in TCM and plays an important role in TCM’s innovative talent training model. Under the guidance of TCM theory, clinical value and the guiding principle of pharmaceutical research contents of new Chinese herbal drugs, this paper combined the chemical constituents and research methods of TCM with the discovery of newly-developed drugs of Chinese materia medica. In this paper, we discussed this problem from 5 perspectives, the application of TCM resources and the compatibility of compound preparation of the chemical constituents of TCM, the application of the physical and chemical properties of chemical constituents of TCM in the selection of dosage forms,and the application ofidentification and determination technologies in quality control. The findings of this study are expected to provide ideas and directions for Chinese pharmacy talents to cultivate new drug innovation ability.
