生态视域下大学生公益劳动教育面临的问题和提升路径——基于N省9所高校的分析

摘　　要：劳动教育对新时期大学生具有重要意义,不仅能够满足大学生自身发展的内在需求,还可以满足国家、社会对高等教育人才培养的要求。公益劳动教育是劳动教育在公益慈善领域的延展,是落实立德树人,引导学生内修德性、外砺品行的重要方式。文章以实证调研为基础,探究大学生公益劳动教育存在的突出问题,并以社会生态系统理论为分析框架,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面提出构建大学生公益劳动教育体系的有效路径。Labor education is of great significance to college students in the new era. It can not only meet the internal needs of college students’ development,but also meet the requirements of the country and society for higher education talent training. Labor education for public good is the extension of labor education in the field of public welfare and charity. It is an important way to implement moral education and guide students to cultivate moral character internally and sharpen their moral character externally. Based on empirical research,this paper explores the outstanding problems existing in labor education for public good for college students,and takes the social ecosystem theory as the analytical framework to propose effective ways to construct labor education system for public good for college students from the macro,meso and micro levels.
