摘 要:研究背景:我国参加残奥会游泳比赛的人数和水平大幅度增长,而缺乏对残疾人游泳教练员培训和职业发展的相关文献。研究目的:探索我国高水平残疾人游泳教练员对职业教育途径的态度和看法。研究方法:采用定性研究的深度访谈法,针对本研究目的拟定的半结构式访谈提纲对5位经验丰富的残疾人游泳教练员进行了个别访谈。研究结果表明,我国残疾人游泳教练员在面临获取专业、具体的教练员知识和技能方面面临挑战。这些挑战导致他们利用一系列非正式的学习的机会,自发的形成团队讨论交流,通过以老带新(教练员导师)的方式学习和实践,并在成为经验丰富的高水平教练员后为其他年轻教练员提供辅导机会等。结论:本研究结果阐述了我国残疾人竞技游泳教练员职业教育途径的现状和未来发展建议。Background:The number and level of swimming competitions for Paralympics'Games in China have increased dramatically,but there is a lack of relevant literature on the training and career development of swimmers for disabled swimmers.Objectives:To explore the attitudes and opinions of high level disabled swimming coaches on vocational education.Research Methods:Using the in-depth interviews with qualitative research and the semi-structured interviews drawn up for the purpose of this study,we interviewed five experienced swimmers with disabilities.The results show that the swimming instructor for the disabled swimmer in our country faces challenges in obtaining professional and specific coach knowledge and skills.These challenges have led them to take advantage of a range of informal learning opportunities that spontaneously develop team discussion and exchange,learning and practicing in the same fashion as old(coaching mentors)and for other young coaches after becoming experienced high level coaches Provide counseling opportunities and more.Conclusion:The results of this study illustrate the current status and future development proposals of vocational education for swimmers with disabilities in China.
