摘 要:高校师资队伍培养是一项长期的系统性工程,是影响人才培养质量最为关键的因素。文章在综合分析当前高校复合型师资培养现状的基础上,尝试将体现科学认识论的具体管理手段和科学工作程序的PDCA模式应用于师资队伍培养实践中,为“思政+专业+科技”复合型师资队伍培养提供一种科学规范、实用性强、可循环运转并持续提升培养质量的理论支撑和实践指导,从而实现教师队伍建设可持续发展。The training of teaching staff in colleges and universities is a long-term systematic project,which is the most critical factor affecting the quality of talent training.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of compound teaching staff in colleges and universities,the paper attempts to apply the PDCA mode,which embodies the specific management approach and scientific working procedures of scientific epistemology,to the practice of teacher training,and provides theoretical support and practical guidance which is scientific,standardized,practical,cyclical,and liable to continuously improve the training quality,for the cultivation of compound teaching staff with“ideological and political education+specialty+science and technology”,so as to realize the sustainable development of the construction of teaching staff.
