摘  要:血液透析患者不断增加,血液透析中心的数量和规模也在不断扩大,如何进行有效的护理人力资源配置、提高护理工作效率、保障护理质量、确保患者安全、促进患者预后,已成为当下亟待解决的关键问题。本文对血液透析中心护理人力资源配置的定义及现况,患者结局指标类型及现况,以及血液透析中心护理人力资源配置与患者结局的相关性等方面进行概述,旨在提高相关部门及医护管理者对护理人力资源配置的关注,为进一步开展相关研究提供参考。Hemodialysis facilities and hemodialysis patients are growing in recent years. How to allocate the manpower of nursing, improve the efficiency and quality of nursing, and ensure the safety and better prognosis of the patients have become critical issues to be solved. This paper provides an overview of the definition and current status of manpower allocation of nursing in hemodialysis facilities, the types and current status of patient outcomes, and the correlation between manpower allocation of nursing and patient outcomes in hemodialysis facilities, with the aim of raising the attention of relevant departments and health care managers to nurse staffing allocation and providing references for further relevant studies.
