摘 要:先秦时期,陶冶业为人们广泛熟知,在《荀子》当中,对当时的陶冶发展也有较多记述。《荀子》中的陶冶书写既是关于陶冶生产、流通、器型的历史记载,更是汇聚陶冶启发意义,对荀子礼制思想进行具象化阐释的过程和工具。在论及礼制起源时,荀子就借助陶冶埏埴现象,解释并佐证了礼制起源于“圣人之伪”的因由。通过对《荀子》中陶冶流通和陶礼器记述的观察,更容易理解荀子的礼法治国论和礼器使用观,从而为更完整理解荀子礼学思想的逻辑线索提供新的视角。In the pre-Qin period, the pottery industry was widely known for its universality. The pottery writing in Xunzi was not only a historical record of pottery production, circulation and shape of utensils, but also a process and tool that gathered pottery significance and gave a concrete explanation to Xunzi’s etiquette thought. When talking about the origin of the etiquette system, Xunzi explained and proved the reason why the etiquette system originated from "the effort of saints" with the help of the phenomenon of pottery. In addition, through the observation of the cultivation and circulation and the description of pottery etiquette vessels in Xunzi, it was also easier to understand Xunzi’s theory of governing the country by etiquette and the use of ritual vessels, thus providing a new perspective for a more complete understanding of the logical clues of Xunzi’s ritual thoughts.
