摘  要:为探究中学生的生涯适应力对其学业满意度的影响以及积极应对方式的中介作用,采用生涯适应力量表、简易应对方式量表、青少年主观幸福感量表对688名中学生进行问卷调查。结果显示:(1)生涯适应力、积极应对方式、学业满意度之间均呈显著正相关,生涯适应力、积极应对方式均能显著正向预测中学生的学业满意度;(2)积极应对方式在中学生生涯适应力与学业满意度之间起部分中介作用。因此,提升中学生的生涯适应力水平可以促进其采取积极应对方式,进而提升学业满意度。In order to explore the influence of career adaptation on academic satisfaction of middle school students and the mediating role of positive coping style, 688 middle school students were surveyed by Career Adaptability Scale, Simple Coping Scale and Adolescent Subjective Well-being Scale.The results show that:(1) Career adaptability, positive coping style and academic satisfaction are significantly positively correlated, and career adaptability and positive coping style can significantly positively predict academic satisfaction of middle school students;(2) Positive coping style plays a partial mediating role between middle school students’ career adaptability and academic satisfaction.Therefore, improving the career adaptability level of middle school students can promote them to adopt positive coping styles and improve their academic satisfaction.
