摘 要:为研究不同茶树品种的光合特性差异,在自然条件下测定云南省9个主要栽培茶树品种叶片的光合与生理参数,并绘制相应光响应曲线。通过统计分析、主成分分析、聚类判别分析和相关性分析方法,对不同茶树品种的光合特征参数进行综合评价。结果表明,叶片净光合速率(P_(n))、蒸腾速率(T_(r))、气孔导度(G_(s))和胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(i))的品种间差异较大,其中,‘云山’和‘云抗10号’的P_(n)和T_(r)显著高于其他茶树品种(P<0.05),‘天生’‘宝洪’和‘十里香’的G_(s)显著低于其他茶树品种(P<0.05),‘昌宁大叶种’的C_(i)显著低于其他茶树品种(P<0.05);在低光合有效辐射(PAR)条件下,9个茶树品种的P_(n)差异较小,随PAR增大各品种表现出较大差异;G_(s)和T_(r)随PAR增大呈现2种变化趋势,‘香归银毫’表现出先上升后趋于平稳的变化趋势,其他品种总体呈上升趋势;各茶树品种C_(i)总体呈先急速下降后趋于平稳的变化趋势;水分利用效率(WUE)和内禀水分利用效率(iWUE)随PAR增加呈先上升后下降的总体趋势,‘昌宁大叶种’和‘香归银毫’的WUE、iWUE相对较高,耐干旱能力强,可应用于耐旱茶树品种选育;‘云抗10号’‘香归银毫’和‘云山’的最大净光合速率(P_(n)max)高于其他茶树品种,光合潜力较强,可应用于高光效茶树品种选育;‘十里香’‘昌宁大叶种’和‘紫娟’的光饱和点(LSP)显著高于其他茶树品种(P<0.05),利用强光能力较强;‘香归银毫’和‘十里香’的光补偿点(LCP)显著低于其他茶树品种(P<0.05),具有较强的适应弱光能力;主成分和聚类分析将9个茶树品种划分为4个类群;相关性分析表明,P_(n)与G_(s)、T_(r)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。This article aims to study the differences in the photosynthetic characteristics of different tea cultivars.The photosynthetic parameters in the leaves of nine tea cultivars were determined under field conditions,and the light response curves were drawn.The photosynthetic indicators of different tea cultivars were comprehensively evaluated by statistical analysis,principal component analysis,cluster,discrimination analysis and correlation analysis.There were great differences in net photosynthesis rate(P_(n)),transpiration rate(T_(r)),stomatal conductance(G_(s)),intercellular CO_(2)concentration(C_(i)).Among them,P_(n),T_(r)of‘Yunshan’and‘Yunkang 10#’were significantly higher than those of the other tea cultivars(P<0.05),G_(s)of‘Tian’,‘Baohong’and‘Shilixiang’was significantly lower than that of the other tea cultivars(P<0.05),C_(i)of‘Changningdayezhong’was significantly lower than that of the other tea cultivars(P<0.05).At the beginning of photosynthetically active radiation(PAR),differences in the P_(n)between tea cultivars were not distinct.However,with the increase in PAR,great differences in P_(n)between tea cultivars appeared.The G_(s)and T_(r)of the nine tea cultivars showed two trends with the increase of PAR,‘Xiangguiyinhao’showing a first upward and then trend till to be stable,while other tea cultivars showing an overall upward trend.The C_(i)of the nine tea cultivars decreased rapidly at first and then tended to be stable.The WUE and iWUE increased first and then decreased with the increase of PAR,and the ability to tolerance of strong drought for‘Changningdayezhong’and‘Xiangguiyinhao’was better than that of the other tea cultivars with a higher WUE and iWUE,and both of them could be used as the drought tolerance tea cultivars suitable for breeding needs.The photosynthetic potential for‘Yunkang 10#’,‘Xiangguiyinhao’,‘Yunashan’was better than the other tea cultivars with a higher P_(n)max,and they could be used as the high-light-efficiency tea cultivars su
