摘 要:“联合培养本科”和“‘本科层次’四年制专科”以职业专科院校为实施主体,在全国范围广泛施行,是发展本科层次职业教育的有效模式。在职业专科院校开展本科层次职业教育,首先要区分普通高等教育和高等职业教育两类教育的差异,坚持高等职业教育“技术人才”培养方向。在具体实施过程中,要专业对接职业,界定职业范围,确定人才培养类型;按照职业能力分级定位职业本科人才培养目标;以职业能力标准为引领,开发专科与本科能力贯通的课程体系;以典型工作任务支撑课程和教学,突出职业教育的“类”属性。另外,“联合培养本科”要处理好学历公平问题和不同类型教育培养方向问题;“‘本科层次’四年制专科”要处理好能力和学历不匹配问题。Joint training of undergraduate and undergraduate level"four-year college"are widely implemented in the whole country with vocational colleges as the main body,which is an effective model for developing undergraduate level vocational education.To carry out undergraduate level vocational education in vocational colleges,we should first distinguish the differences between general higher education and higher vocational education,and adhere to the general direction of"technical talents"training.In the specific implementation process,majors should dock occupation.Then we should define the scope of occupation and determine the type of personnel training.According to the classification of vocational ability,we should locate the training target of vocational undergraduate talents.Guided by vocational ability standards,we should develop a curriculum system integrating junior college and undergraduate competence.To support curriculum and teaching with typical work tasks,this paper highlighting the"class"attribute of vocational education.In addition,the joint training of undergraduate students should deal with the fairness problem in academic qualifications and different types of education training direction.Undergraduate level"four-year college"should deal with the mismatch between ability and educational degrees.
