摘 要:场路耦合法能将电机本体有限元模型和控制策略模块整合为一个有机整体,对调速系统实现运行状态的综合分析.由于在电机设计应用中罕有对场路耦合法系统化、流程化的研究与归纳,因此,该文提出了一种基于场路耦合法下永磁同步电机调速控制系统的全套建模和联合仿真的方法.分别利用ANSYS Maxwell、ANSYS Simplorer、Matlab/Simulink建立内置式永磁同步电机的有限元模型、驱动电路模型和控制策略模块,并将三者组合成场路耦合模型实现了在三平台下的联合仿真.通过仿真实验验证了场路耦合联合仿真模型在满足仿真结果的精度和准确性的要求下为调速系统的进一步扩展研究和分析提供了可能性,为后续永磁同步电机本体结构的优化研究和完善调速系统控制策略设计提供了技术支撑.The field-circuit coupling method can integrate the finite element model of the motor design and the control strategy module into an integrate,and realize the comprehensive analysis of the running state of the speed control system.Due to the rare systematic and process-based research and induction of the field-circuit coupling method in motor design applications,a full set of modeling and joint simulation method of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system based on field-circuit coupling method is proposed in this paper.Using ANSYS Maxwell,ANSYS Simplorer and Matlab/Simulink,the finite element model,driving circuit model and control strategy module of IPMSM are established respectively,and the three are combined into a field-circuit coupling model,and the co-simulation under the three platforms is realized.Through the simulation experiments,it is verified that the field-circuit coupling co-simulation model provides the possibility for further research and development of the speed control system under the requirement of the precision and accuracy of the simulation results,and provides technical support for the subsequent optimization of the structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the improvement of the control strategy design of the speed regulation system.
