摘　　要：针对现阶段国家电网供应链中存在传统电话沟通效率较低、数据不畅通等问题,通过引入数据中台、智能语音、大数据挖掘、文字转语音TTS等相关技术,实现履约跟踪信息和电话语音信息的一体化管理,实现物资履约流程自动化、智能化管理。At the present stage,there are problems such as low efficiency of traditional telephone communication and poor data flow in the supply chain of national power grid.By introducing data center,intelligent voice,big data mining,text-to-speech TTS and other related technologies,this project realizes integrated management of performance tracking information and telephone voice information to achieve automated and intelligent management of material performance process.
