正心汤加味联合阿立哌唑治疗心脾两虚证精神分裂症临床研究  

Clinical Study on Modified Zhengxin Decoction Combined with Aripiprazole for Schizophrenia with Heart-Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

摘　　要：目的:观察正心汤加味联合阿立哌唑治疗心脾两虚证精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:选取精神分裂症患者62例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各31例。对照组仅予阿立哌唑片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予正心汤加味内服。2组连续治疗3个月。比较2组阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、中医证候评分、临床总体疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为93.55%,对照组为70.97%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组PANSS量表阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组PANSS量表3项评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组以上各项评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组神志恍惚、言语错乱、心悸、善悲欲哭、少寐、食少倦怠等心脾两虚证证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组上述各项中医证候评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正心汤加味联合阿立哌唑治疗心脾两虚证精神分裂症,能有效改善患者的症状体征及中医证候,提高临床治疗效果。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of modified Zhengxin Decoction combined with Aripiprazole on schizophrenia with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of62 patients with schizophrenia were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with Aripiprazole Tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Zhengxin Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Two groups were treated for three months.The scores of Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS),the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symdromes and overall clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 93.55%in the observation group,and 70.97%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathology in PANSS between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathology in PANSS in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the syndrome scores of heart-spleen deficiency,including trance,speech disorder,palpitations,tendency to be sad and to cry,less sleep,poor appetite and fatigue,between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the above TCM scores in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of modified Zhengxin Decoction combined with Aripiprazole can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with schizophrenia w
