清热通腑合剂联合米曲菌胰酶片治疗胆道结石术后脾胃湿热型消化不良临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清热通腑合剂联合米曲菌胰酶片治疗胆道结石术后脾胃湿热型消化不良的临床疗效,以及对胃肠激素的影响。方法:选取100例胆道结石术后脾胃湿热型消化不良患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组予以米曲菌胰酶片治疗,观察组予以清热通腑合剂联合米曲菌胰酶片治疗,2组均治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应,以及治疗前后症状总分、胃肠激素水平。结果:观察组总有效率94.00%,高于对照组78.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组症状总分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组症状总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血浆胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),血浆胃动素(MTL)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);观察组血浆GAS、SS水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),血浆MTL水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率6.00%,与对照组2.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清热通腑合剂联合米曲菌胰酶片治疗胆道结石术后脾胃湿热型消化不良效果确切,能改善临床症状和胃肠激素水平,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Tongfu Mixture combined with Aspergillus Oryzae Trypsin Tablets for dyspepsia of spleen-stomach damp-heat type after operation for biliary calculus,and its effect on gastrointestinal hormones.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with dyspepsia of spleen-stomach damp-heat type after operation for biliary calculus were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Aspergillus Oryzae Trypsin Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Qingre Tongfu Mixture combined with Aspergillus Oryzae Trypsin Tablets.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The total symptom scores and the levels of gastrointestinal hormones before and after treatment as well as clinical effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 94.00% in the observation group,higher than that of 78.00% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores of symptom in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the total score of symptom in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin(GAS)and somatostatin(SS)in plasma in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of motilin(MTL)in plasma were increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of GAS and SS in plasma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of MTL in plasma was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.00% in the observation group and 2.00% in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Qingre Tongfu Mixture combined with Aspergillus Oryzae Trypsin Tablets for dyspepsia of spleen-stomach damp-heat type after operation for biliary c
