养胃颗粒联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察养胃颗粒联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法:将50例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各25例。对照组采用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用养胃颗粒治疗。比较2组临床疗效以及血清炎症因子水平。结果:研究组总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且研究组血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养胃颗粒联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有助于控制炎症发展,减轻胃黏膜损伤,疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yangwei Granules combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets for chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods:A total of 50 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets,and the study group was additionally treated with Yangwei Granules based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects and levels of serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 92.00% in the study group,higher than that of 68.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in serum between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in serum in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yangwei Granules combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets for chronic atrophic gastritis can help control the development of inflammation and relieve gastric mucosal injury,with a significant curative effect.
