摘　　要：目的对比不同填塞材料在干槽症患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析63例干槽症患者的临床资料,根据填塞材料的不同分为A组(碘仿纱布填塞)和B组(止血明胶海绵填塞)。比较两组的疼痛程度(VAS评分)、疼痛持续时间及随访期间就诊次数。结果治疗后当晚,两组的VAS评分均低于治疗前,且B组的VAS评分低于A组(P<0.05)。B组的疼痛持续时间短于A组(P<0.05);治疗后2个月内,两组的就诊次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与碘仿纱布相比,止血明胶海绵填塞能够有效缓解干槽症患者的疼痛症状,缩短患者的疼痛持续时间。Objective To compare the application effects of different packing materials in patients with dry socket.Methods The clinical data of 63 patients with dry socket were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different packing materials,all patients were divided into group A(iodoform gauze packing)and group B(hemostatic gelatin sponge packing).The pain degree(VAS score),duration of pain and number of visits during follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results On the night after treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05).The duration of pain of group B was shorter than that of group A(P<0.05);Within 2 months after treatment,no significant difference was found in the number of visits between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with iodoform gauze,hemostatic gelatin sponge packing can effectively relieve pain symptoms of patients with dry socket,and shorten the duration of pain.
