摘 要:我国是世界上第一大饲料生产国和消费国,巨大的饲料生产及消费量需要庞大的原料量,饲料粮供给紧张,人地矛盾问题凸显,2021年仅饲用大豆原料累计进口已达9 652万吨。发展林源饲料部分替代粮食饲料,能有效缓解饲料粮供需矛盾,推动农林牧高质量融合发展。本文归纳总结了我国林源饲料及添加剂中植物蛋白饲料、昆虫蛋白饲料、功能性低聚糖类饲料添加剂、提取物类饲料添加剂的制备及开发利用技术,充分分析了产业发展中主要存在的资源利用率低、产业核心技术缺乏、科技支撑薄弱、产业基础脆弱等瓶颈问题,在产业发展规划、科技创新体系、政策扶持等方面提出了全面发展林源饲料及添加剂产业的政策建议。China is the largest feed producing and consuming country in the world. The huge production and consumption of feed required a huge amount of raw materials. The problems of supply tightly of feed grain and lack of arable land were highlighted. The total cumulative imports of soybean feed raw materials had reached 96.52 million tons in 2021. Developing forest source feed could partial substitute grain feed, which can effectively solve the contradiction between supply and demand of feed, and promote the high-quality and integrated development among agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry. This paper summarized the preparation and utilization technology of plant protein feed, insect protein feed, functional oligosaccharide feed additive and forest source feed additive of extract in forest feed and additives in China. The bottleneck problems in industrial development were also analyzed, such as low utilization rate of resources, lack of industrial core technology, weak support of science and technology and weak industrial foundation, etc. Finally, in the fields of industrial development planning, scientific and technological innovation system and policy support, policy suggestions were proposed forward to develop Chinese forest sources feed and additives industry.
