摘 要:住院医师规范化培训是培养合格临床医师重要途径。传统住培主要采用阶段导师制,存在导师培养不连贯、学习目标不明确、科研指导不固定等问题。以某三甲医院口腔全科专业基地首次引入思创导师制度为研究案例,基地在全程导师制基础上,融入了思政教育与科研培养。经过三年探索实践,思创导师制取得了一定成效。在基地实践经验的基础上,旨在阐明思创导师制的内涵与特点,对其实践模式进行介绍,并在剖析现有问题的基础上提出今后的发展展望。Resident standardized training is an important way to cultivate qualified clinicians.The traditional resident training mainly adopts the phased tutorial system, which has some problems such as inconsistent tutor training, unclear learning objectives, and unfixed scientific research guidance.The creative tutorial system was first introduced into the oral general practice professional base of a class a tertiary hospital.Based on the whole-course tutorial system, ideological and political education and scientific research training were integrated.After three years of exploration and practice, the creative tutorial system has achieved certain results.Based on practical experience, this study aimed to clarify the connotation and characteristics of the creative tutorial system, introduce its practice model, and put forward future development prospects.
