摘　　要：目的探讨依达拉奉、鼠神经生长因子对酒依赖早期戒断的治疗效果。方法招募在深圳市康宁医院成瘾医学科住院的酒精依赖合并脑损伤的患者共18例作为研究对象,将被试按照随机、单盲分为三组:常规治疗组(CON)5例、依达拉奉治疗组(EDV)8例、鼠神经生长因子治疗组(NGF)5例。在急性戒断期后给予实验用药,治疗时间两周。治疗后随访3个月,每月1次,跟踪受试者的复饮情况。结果(1)在现戒断率的比较中,EDV组在治疗后第2月时高于对照组和NGF组,在第3月时高于NGF组。(2)采用COX多因素回归模型分析发现,EDV组在持续戒断时间上显著优于对照组(1/危险比(HR)=14.9,P=0.007)。结论依达拉奉对酒精依赖的早期戒断具有潜在治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effects of edaravone and mouse nerve growth factor on early abstinence from alcohol dependence.Methods A total of 18 patients with alcohol dependence complicated with brain injury who were hospitalized in the Department of Addiction Medicine,Kangning Hospital,Shenzhen were recruited.They were randomly divided into three groups with single blind method.There were 5 patients in the conventional treatment group(CON),8 patients in the edaravone treatment group(EDV),and mouse nerve growth factor treatment group(mNGF).The experimental medications were administered for two weeks after acute withdrawal.The participants were followed up for 3 months after treatment,once a month.And their redrinking was followed up.Results(1)The current abstinence(keeping abstinent within 30 days prior to the follow-up interview)in EDV group was higher than those in control group and the mNGF group at 2 months after treatment,and higher than that in the mNGF group at 3 months after treatment.(2)COX multivariate regression analysis showed that the duration of continuous abstinence in EDV group was significantly better than those in the control group(HR 1/14.9,P=0.007).Conclusion Edaravone has a potential therapeutic effect on early abstinence of alcohol dependence.
