摘  要:目的检验电子烟油和血中新型合成大麻素MDMB-4en-PINACA,为毒品鉴定提供参考信息。方法采用GC/MS和高分辨LC/MS联合法对电子烟油中的MDMB-4en-PINACA进行定性检验;采用UPLC-QE-Orbitrap-MS法检测血液提取液,并与电子烟油中已定性确认的MDMB-4en-PINACA色谱保留时间和高分辨质谱作比对分析。结果检验血中目标物质与MDMB-4en-PINACA提取离子保留时间相一致,与母离子m/z358,子离子m/z213、m/z298、m/z231等碎片高度吻合,确认血中检出MDMB-4en-PINACA。该结果系国内首次报道在吸食者血液中检出的案例。结论GC/MS和高分辨LC/MS联合检测方法适于吸毒案件中新型合成大麻素的定性检验。Objective To examine MDMB-4 en-PINACA in e-cigarette oil and blood samples,and to provide reference information for drug detection and identification.Methods The MDMB-4 en-PINACA in e-cigarette oil was qualitatively detected by combination of GC/MS and high resolution LC/MS.The blood samples were detected by UPLC-QE-Orbitrap-MS(A high resolution LC/MS),and compared with the LC/MS retention time and characteristic high resolution mass spectrometry of MDMB-4 en-PINACA qualitatively confirmed in the e-cigarette oil,and then MDMB-4 en-PINACA in blood samples was qualitatively confirmed.Results The target analyte in the blood sample was consistent with MDMB-4 en-PINACA for the characteristic extract ion retention time,the parent ion m/z358,and sub-ion m/z213,m/z298,m/z231.The new synthetic cannabinoid MDMB-4 en-PINACA was detected in blood,which is the case first reported at domestic.Conclusion The combined detection method of GC/MS and high resolution LC/MS are suitable for qualitative analysis of new synthetic cannabinoids of drug cases.
