摘　　要：目的对云南省边境地区某强戒所197名男性强戒人员合成毒品滥用情况及原因进行调查及分析,为合成毒品综合干预提供依据。方法采用自编调查问卷,选取云南某强戒所内戒毒的197名男性合成毒品滥用者,对其进行问卷调查。结果197名调查对象中57.8%的人参加了两次及以上强制隔离戒毒,平均使用过2.45(2~3)种毒品,入所前半年使用的合成毒品主要以麻黄素、冰毒和麻古为主;初次和反复使用合成毒品的原因以好奇(53.3%)和心瘾(59.4%)为主;在对合成毒品的认知中,认为使用合成毒品会影响使用者的人际关系的人数最多(171人),认为合成毒品不是提神用品的仅有14人;不同人口学特征的调查对象对合成毒品是否会上瘾、是否是提神用品、是否是交友用品的回答差异有统计学意义。结论合成毒品滥用者多药物滥用情况较为严重,且原因复杂,对合成毒品认知存在误区。提示应对合成毒品滥用者加强宣传教育,并有针对性地开展干预工作,预防复吸。Objective To investigate and analyze the situation and causes of synthetic drugs abuse among 197 male addicts in a compulsory isolated detoxification center in the border area of Yunnan Province and to provide basis for synthetic drug comprehensive intervention.Methods Using a self-designed questionnaire,we investigated 197 male synthetic drug abusers in a compulsory isolated detoxification center in Yunnan Province.Results There are 57.8%of them had participated in two or more times of compulsory isolation detoxification,and had used 2.45(2~3)kinds of drugs on average.The main synthetic drugs used in the first half year were ephedrine,methamphetamine and ephedrine.The main reasons for their first and repeated use of synthetic drugs were curiosity(53.3%)and addiction(59.4%).In the perception of synthetic drugs,most people(171 people)thought that using synthetic drugs affects users′interpersonal relationships,while only 14 people thought that synthetic drugs were not stimulants.Responses to questions about whether synthetic drugs were addictive,stimulants,and friend-making were statistically significant in different demographic characteristics.Conclusion The situation of multi-drug abuse was serious and the reasons were complex,and there were misunderstandings about synthetic drugs.It was suggested that education should be strengthened for synthetic drug abusers and targeted intervention should be carried out to prevent relapse.
