摘　　要：体育产业已经成为全球经济发展中不可忽视的产业之一,与其他行业之间的交流与合作越来越密切,市场对于体育产业经营管理人才在数量与质量上的要求逐步增加。在新时代背景下开展高校体育产业经营管理人才培养模式建设工作是适应时代发展趋势,推动体育专业学生全面发展的有效举措,需要我国高校不断明确自身的体育教育目标,丰富体育教育资源,优化教学方式,从而进一步提升高校体育产业经营管理人才培养模式的科学性,促进体育人才的培养以及我国体育产业的发展。The sports industry has become one of the industries that cannot be ignored in the global economic development.The exchanges and cooperation between sports industry and other industries are getting closer and closer.The market demands for the quantity and quality of sports industry management talents are gradually increasing.Under the background of the new era,it is an effective measure to adapt to the development trend and promote the all-round development of sports students to carry out the training mode construction of sports industry management personnel in colleges and universities.It is necessary for Chinese colleges and universities to constantly define their own physical education goals,enrich physical education resources,optimize teaching methods,which can further improve the scientific mode of sports industry management personnel training,promote the training of sports personnel and the development of China’s sports industry.
