民族团结视域下教育援疆效果评价指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：教育援疆是对口援疆的重要一环,在增进民族团结方面发挥着重要作用。文章在分析教育援疆效果评价指标体系构建原则的基础上,构建了民族团结视域下教育援疆评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定了教育援疆效果评价指标权重系数,并根据各指标对于教育援疆效果的重要程度,提出了改进和提升教育援疆实效的措施。Education assistance to Xinjiang is an important part of Counterpart Assistance to Xinjiang and plays an important role in promoting national unity.Analyzing the construction principles of the evaluation system of the effect of education assistance to Xinjiang,this study constructs the evaluation index system of education assistance to Xinjiang in the perspective of national unity,determines the weight coefficient of the evaluation index of the effect of education assistance to Xinjiang by using the analytic hierarchy process,and proposes measures to improve and enhance the effectiveness of education assistance to Xinjiang according to the importance of each index to the effect of education assistance to Xinjiang.The article provides scientific reference for evaluating and improving the effect of educational aid to Xinjiang.
