中西医结合治疗方案在口腔颌面头颈部肿瘤术后创面修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗方案在口腔颌面头颈部肿瘤术后创面修复中的应用价值。方法口腔颌面头颈部肿瘤术后创面未愈患者53例,采用中药长皮膏结合抗菌敷料等中西医结合的方案治疗,观察术后创面愈合情况。结果本组患者门诊治疗时间最短23 d,最长1年43天;治愈35例,有效12例,无效6例。结论中西医结合方案治疗口腔颌面头颈部肿瘤术后的创面不愈疗效明显,可避免多次皮瓣修复手术,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment plan in the woud repair of tissue defects after surgery for oral and maxillofacial head and neck tumors.Methods A total of 53 cases of post-operative wounds of oral and maxillofacial head and neck tumors were treated with traditional Chinese medicine changpi plaster combined with antibacterial dressings and other western medicine.The wound healing was observed after operation.Results In these cases,the shortest treatment time was 23 days,the longest treatment time was 1 year and 43 days.35 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were ineffective.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has obvious curative effect on postoperative wounds of oral and maxillofacial head and neck tumors,which can avoid multiple skin flap surgical repair,and is worthy of promotion.
