摘 要:以直升机桨叶为例,利用一组锆钛酸铅压电陶瓷(PZT)阵列设计模态传感器。在直升机桨叶表面均匀布置一组大小相同的圆形PZT。将曲率模态作为加权系数设计该桨叶的模态传感器。对PZT的输出信号进行实验模态分析得到桨叶振动的曲率模态。同时,利用激光多普勒测振仪测量桨叶的模态振型,并通过中心二次差分计算得到桨叶的曲率模态作为对比研究。实验结果表明:利用PZT阵列为直升机桨叶设计的模态传感器具有很好的滤波效果。与利用激光多普勒测振仪的方法相比,利用PZT测量得到曲率模态作为加权系数设计模态传感器的方法不需要大量复杂的数值计算,且环境干扰对其影响更小。Taking helicopter blade as an example,an array of Pb-based lanthanum-doped zirconate titanates piezoceramics(PZT)are used to design modal sensors.A group of circular PZT of the same size is uniformly arranged on the surface of the helicopter blade.The experimental curvature mode values are used as weighting coefficients to design piezoelectric array modal sensor.The curvature modes of blade are obtained by experimental modal analysis based on PZT array.At the same time,the mode shape of the blade is measured by the laser Doppler vibrometer,and the curvature modes of the blade are obtained by the central quadratic difference calculation as a comparative study.The experimental results show that the modal sensor designed with PZT array for helicopter blade has a good filtering effect.Compared with the results using laser Doppler vibrometer,the method of using PZT to measure the curvature mode as the weighting coefficient to design modal sensor does not need complex numerical calculation,and the environmental interference has less influence on it.
