摘  要:以上海泰和水厂一座双面叠合板装配整体式水池为背景,设计了适用于敞口水池结构的双面叠合墙板与现浇底板连接节点。然后制作了预制和现浇试验构件,并进行了加载试验。根据试验现象分析和两组构件的结果对比,发现在相同的配筋和加载模式下,双面叠合预制构件承载力和抗变形能力均不低于现浇构件;拉、压钢筋的应变在预制构件、后浇段、底板上翻口部分沿截面高度均匀变化,无明显转折,叠合板与底板连接节点采用钢筋间接搭接的方式安全可靠。Based on a double superimposed precast concrete wall assembled integral connection water tank in Shanghai Taihe water plant,the connection node between double superimposed precast concrete wall and cast-insitu bottom plate for open water tank was designed.Then the prefabricated and cast-in-situ test members were made,and the loading test was carried out.According to the analysis of experimental phenomena and the results comparison of the two groups of members,it was found that under the same reinforcement and loading mode,the bearing capacity and deformation resistance of double-sided laminated precast member are not lower than those of cast-in-situ members.The strain of tension and compression reinforcement changes uniformly along the section height in the prefabricated component,post cast section and the upper turnover part of the bottom plate,without obvious turning point.The connection joint between the laminated plate and the bottom plate is safe and reliable.
