摘 要:数字经济包括数字产业化和产业数字化,能有效地促进数字产业的发展,实现数字化转型是“十四五”时期的主要目标任务。在数字经济推动经济潮流的背景下,高职院校培养的人才也需具有数字技能、拥有数字能力,才能胜任数字岗位的需求。基于以上的研究目的,采用质性文本分析法,探析目前我国高职院校人才培养过程中存在的困境。经过分析得知,目前我国高职院校在人才培养上存在校企合作不突出、人才培养模式单一以及人才培养目标定位模糊等问题。针对存在的问题,提出几点合理化的建议,如优化人才培养方案、提升学生的数字职业能力以及制定恰当的人才培养目标等。The digital economy includes digital industrialization and industrial digitization,effectively promoting the development of the digital industry,and realizing digital transformation is the main goal and task of the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.In the context of the economic trend driven by the digital economy,talents trained by higher vocational colleges also need to have digital skills and digital capabilities in order to be competent for digital jobs.Based on the above research purposes,this paper analyzes the current difficulties existing in the process of talent training in higher vocational colleges in China.After analysis,it is known that at present,there are some shortcomings in the talent training of higher vocational colleges in China,such as the lack of outstanding school-enterprise cooperation,the single talent training model,and the vague positioning of talent training goals.In response to the above problems,measures are proposed to improve the talent training plan,enhance the digital professional ability of students,and formulate appropriate talent training goals.
