基于课程思政的全媒体人才培养理念与路径

摘　　要：当前我国已进入“新发展阶段”,高校新闻院系全媒体人才培养面临复杂时代和媒介技术的双重挑战。以课程思政引领全媒体人才培养,要坚持党性原则、坚持以人民为中心、落实立德树人和弘扬人文精神。通过强化马克思主义新闻观引领、优化课程体系、强化实践育人、重构话语体系和恪守新闻伦理等路径,培养“让党放心和让人民满意”的全媒体人才。At present,China has entered a“new development stage”,and the all media talent training of journalism departments in Colleges and universities is facing the dual challenges of complex times and media technology.To guide the cultivation of all media talents with curriculum ideological and political education,we should adhere to the principle of party spirit,focus on the people,implement the principles and ideas of Building Morality and cultivating people and carrying forward the humanistic spirit.Cultivate all media talents who“reassure the party and satisfy the people”by strengthening the guidance of Marxist Journalism,optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening practical education,reconstructing the discourse system and abiding by journalism ethics.
