连翘与银杏的乙醇提取物复配后对番茄枯萎病菌抑制作用初探

摘　　要：在番茄的种植过程中,番茄枯萎病是危害番茄品质和产量的主要疾病,种植户为达到杀灭番茄枯萎病菌的目的,滥用各种化学杀菌剂,不仅影响番茄品质,而且造成环境污染。因此,对番茄枯萎病进行有效生物防治对农业高质量发展具有重要意义。该试验选取银杏与连翘2种药用植物作为原料,使用索氏提取器获得2种植物的乙醇提取物,经浓缩后将2种提取物进行不同比例的复配,并对番茄枯萎病菌的抑菌活性进行研究。浓度为20 mg/mL的乙醇提取物菌体抑制效果最好,抑菌率最高为16.42%。同浓度下复配物与单个乙醇提取物的抑菌效果相差不大。结果表明,抑菌效果随乙醇提取物浓度的降低而下降。银杏与连翘2种植物的乙醇提取物对番茄枯萎病菌有一定的抑制效果。During tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum)cultivation,tomato Fusarium wilt is the main disease that endangers the quality and yield of tomato.People abuse various chemical fungicides for the purpose of killing tomato Fusarium wilt.These deeds not only affect tomato quality,but also cause environmental pollution.Therefore,effective biological control of tomato Fusarium wilt will be of great significance to the high-quality development of agriculture.In this experiment,two medicinal plants,Ginkgo biloba and Forsythia suspensa,were selected as raw materials.Using a Soxhlet extractor to obtain ethanolic extracts of two plants.After concentration,the two extracts were compounded in different proportions and started to study the antibacterial activity of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.lycopersici.The ethanol extract with a concentration of 20 mg/mL had the best inhibitory effect on the Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.lycopersici.The highest antibacterial rate was 16.42%.At the same concentration,the antibacterial effect of the compound and single ethanol extract was not much different.From the data comparison,it can be seen that the antibacterial effect decreases with the decrease of the concentration of ethanol extract.The ethanol extracts of Ginkgo biloba and Forsythia suspense have a certain inhibitory effect on tomato Fusarium wilt.
