参芪扶正注射液联合CapeOX方案治疗ⅡB~Ⅳ期胃癌患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液联合CapeOX方案化疗治疗ⅡB~Ⅳ 期胃癌患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年5月至2019年10月新乡市中心医院收治的70例ⅡB~Ⅳ 期胃癌患者,随机双盲法分为参照组、试验组,各35例。两组均给予CapeOX方案化疗,试验组加用参芪扶正注射液。比较两组疾病控制率,肿瘤标志物[糖类抗原724(CA724)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、癌胚抗原(CEA)],T细胞亚群水平,环状RNA CD2AP(circ CD2AP),微小RNA-4286(mi R-4286)水平及毒副反应。结果:试验组疾病控制率(60.00%)与参照组(54.29%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗后CA724、CA199、CEA低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后circCD2AP、miR-4286低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组骨髓抑制发生率为5.71%,低于参照组的25.71%(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合CapeOX方案治疗ⅡB~Ⅳ 期胃癌,能在一定程度上增强癌细胞杀灭效应,提高机体细胞免疫功能,减少骨髓抑制毒副反应的发生。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of shenqi fuzheng injection combined with CapeOX regimen in the treatment of patients with stage ⅡB~Ⅳ gastric cancer. Methods: 70 patients with stage IIB to IV gastric cancer admitted to Xinxiang Central Hospital from May 2016 to October 2019 were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group by double-blind method, 35 cases in each group. CapeOX regimen was given to both groups, and shenqi fuzheng injection was added to the experimental group. The disease control rate, tumor markers [sugar antigen 724(CA724), sugar antigen 199(CA199), carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)], T cell subsets, cirRNA CD2AP(circCD2AP), microrNA-4286(Mir-4286) and toxic reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the disease control rate between the experimental group(60.00%) and the reference group(54.29%)(P>0.05). After treatment, CA724, CA199 and CEA in experimental group were lower than those in reference group(P<0.05);the levels of CD3^(+), CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in experimental group were higher than those in reference group(P<0.05);circCD2AP and miR-4286 in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the incidence of myelosuppression in experimental group was 5.71%, which was lower than 25.71% in reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi fuzheng injection combined with CapeOX regimen in the treatment of stage ⅡB~Ⅳ gastric cancer can enhance the killing effect of cancer cells, improve cellular immune function, and reduce the occurrence of bone marrow suppression toxicity to a certain extent.
