摘 要:2021年12月南京市“双通道”药品政策正式落地,为了探究“双通道”药品政策落地以来的运行情况,利用南京市医保高铁中2021年12月—2022年4月的“双通道”运行数据进行分析。自政策落地以来,“双通道”药品覆盖率不断扩大,其中抗肿瘤药品购药次数占比高,但也出现住院患者院外送药覆盖低的问题。对此,医保经办机构及医院需要协同发力,要加强“双通道”责任医师的培训、推进建设“药店+医院”模式的输注中心、加强对“双通道”定点药店的监管、完善“双通道”政策信息公开制度,确保“双通道”药品政策更好地实施。In December 2021,Nanjing’s"dual channel"drug policy was officially implemented.In order to explore the operation of the"dual channel"drug policy since its implementation,the"dual channel"operation data of Nanjing Medical Insurance High speed Railway from December 2021 to April 2022 were used for analysis.Since the implementation of the policy,the coverage of"dual channel"drugs has been expanding,with a high proportion of antineoplastic drugs purchased,but also a low coverage of out of hospital drug delivery for inpatients.In this regard,medical insurance agencies and hospitals need to work together to strengthen the training of"dual channel"responsible physicians,promote the construction of"pharmacy+hospital"infusion center,strengthen the supervision of"dual channel"designated pharmacies,improve the"dual channel"policy information disclosure system,and ensure better implementation of the"dual channel"drug policy.
