摘  要:目的探析语言障碍患儿应用感觉统合训练联合引导式教育训练对患儿语言发育能力的影响。方法选择广州市社会福利院康复医院2020年2月—2021年1月语言障碍患儿共计60例,利用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组(n=30)为患儿提供引导式教育训练;观察组(n=30)为患儿提供感觉统合训练联合引导式训练,评估两组治疗效果,利用格塞尔发育量表(Gesell)开展构音障碍训练,了解两组患儿的语言发育能力变化。结果两组患者治疗后的临床疗效总有效率比较,观察组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组Gesell在语言、社交、适应性三项指标评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而干预后三项Gesell指标评分中观察组改善情况明显更优异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论语言障碍患儿应用感觉统合训练联合引导式教育训练干预后,可使患儿的语言发育能力有效改善,治疗效果确切。Objective To explore the effect of sensory integration training combined with guided education and training on children’s language development.Methods A total of 60 children with language impairment were selected from February 2020to January 2021 in Rehabilitation Hospital,Guangzhou Social Welfare Hospital.They were grouped by random number table.The control group(n=30)provided guided education and training for the children.The observation group(n=30)provided sensory integration training and guided training for the children to evaluate the treatment effect of the two groups.Gesell development scale(Gesell)was used to carry out dysarthria training to understand the changes of language development ability of the children in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was significantly higher in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of language,social interaction and adaptability between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the observation group showed better improvement in three Gesell index scores,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the intervention of sensory integration training combined with guided education and training,the language development ability of children with language disorder can be effectively improved,and the treatment effect is accurate and can be popularized.
