健康教育干预在慢性胃炎护理中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析临床干预慢性胃炎症状期间予以健康教育指导的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月该院收治的慢性胃炎患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组49例。对照组予以传统护理服务,研究组予以健康教育干预指导。分析两组患者满意度、生活质量等。结果研究组患者满意度明显高于对照组,生活质量改善效果明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床干预慢性胃炎患者期间实施健康教育指导能够显著提高患者生活质量效果,提升患者对护理工作的满意度情况,临床应用价值极为明显,值得广泛推荐使用。Objective To analyze the effect of health education guidance during clinical intervention of chronic gastritis symptoms.Methods The start and end time of this study is January 2021.The clinical analysis cases were collected,and the research plan was drawn up during the same period until the end of January 2022.A total of 98 patients were included during this period as the research and analysis objects.The clinically included patients were randomly divided into groups,and 49 patients were drawn into a group for allocation.After the control group and the study group were successfully established,the clinical study began.The control group received traditional nursing services,and the research group received health education intervention guidance.Results After the study,the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared on their satisfaction with nursing work.According to the relevant research results,the satisfaction levels were(97.96%)and(83.67%)respectively.The research group had higher nursing satisfaction.Compared with the quality of life of patients,the results of this study showed that the improvement effect of the quality of life of the patients in the study group was relatively excellent,and the statistical significance of the comparison of clinically relevant data(P<0.05)was established.Conclusion The implementation of health education guidance during clinical intervention in patients with chronic gastritis can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.The clinical application value is extremely obvious,and it is worthy of widespread recommendation.
