显微镜下Parks切口美容矫正术治疗成人斜视的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究显微镜下帕克斯(Parks)切口美容矫正术治疗成人斜视的疗效。方法:选取2019年5月-2021年11月兰州普瑞眼科医院收治的80例成人斜视患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,各40例。对照组行角膜缘梯形结膜瓣切口矫正术治疗,研究组行显微镜下Parks切口美容矫正术治疗。术后1周观察两组斜视矫正效果、泪膜功能及术后并发症发生率。结果:研究组患者的斜视矫正总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。术前,两组泪液浸湿长度、角膜荧光染色评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1周,两组泪液浸湿长度长于术前,角膜荧光染色评分低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组泪液浸湿长度长于对照组,角膜荧光染色评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。结论:显微镜下Parks切口美容矫正成人斜视的疗效确切,能促进眼位恢复,改善泪膜功能,且术后并发症少,可于临床应用推广。Objective:To study the efficacy of microscopic Parks incision cosmetic correction in the treatment of adult strabismus.Methods:A total of 80 adult strabismus patients admitted to Lanzhou Bright Eye Hospital from May 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with limbal trapezoidal conjunctival flap incision correction,and the study group was treated with Parks incision cosmetic correction under microscope.At 1 week after the operation,the strabismus correction effect,tear film function and incidence of postoperative complications were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of strabismus correction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference(P=0.034).Before the operation,there was no significant difference in the tear wetted length and corneal fluorescence staining scores between two groups(P>0.05).At 1 week after the operation,the tear wetted length in the two groups was longer than that before the operation,the corneal fluorescence staining scores in the two groups were lower than those before the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the tear wetted length in the study group was longer than that in the control group,the corneal fluorescence staining scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Conclusion:Parks incision cosmetic correction under the microscope is effective in correcting adult strabismus,it can promote the recovery of eye position,improve tear film function,and has fewer postoperative complications,so it can be applied and popularized in clinic.
