摘 要:目的:探讨基层医院应用讨论会教学法(Seminar)联合以案例为基础(CBL)模式在新入职护士培训中的效果及对其评判性思维能力培养的影响。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年7月新进入什邡市人民医院工作的40名临床护士为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各20例。对照组采用以问题为基础教学模式培训,试验组采用Seminar联合CBL模式完成培训计划,培训时间均为1年。对比两组培训前后理论知识及操作技能评分、评判性思维能力及满意度。结果:培训前,两组理论知识及操作技能考核评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训1年后,试验组理论知识及操作技能考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前,两组寻求真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训1年后,试验组各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者对试验组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Seminar联合CBL模式有助于提高新入职护士理论、操作技术水平及评判性思维能力,调动其主动学习能力,激发其创新思维和意识,提高其临床实践能力等。Objective:To explore the effect of seminar teaching method(Seminar) combined with case-based learning(CBL) mode in the training of newly recruited nurses in primary hospitals and their impact on the cultivation of the nurse ’ s critical thinking ability.Methods:Forty newly recruited clinical nurses working in Shifang People’ s Hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received the problem-based learning mode for training,and the experimental group completed the training plan in the mode of Seminar and CBL.The training duration was 1 year in two groups.The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,critical thinking ability and satisfaction before and after the training were compared between two groups.Results:Before the training,there was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills between the two groups(P>0.05).After the training,the scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the training,there was no significant difference in the scores of The truth-seeking,open-mindedness,analytical ability,systematization ability,self-confidence,inquisitiveness and cognitive maturity between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 year of training,the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seminar and CBL mode is helpful to improve the levels of theory and operational skills and critical thinking ability of newly recruited nurses,mobilize their active learning ability,stimulate their innovative thinking and consciousn
