摘 要:通过生命体征判断人体健康状况是医学中重要的诊断手段。基于雷达传感器实现精确的非接触式生命体征检测,可以弥补传统的接触式医疗设备的缺点,并推动医疗保健系统向更便捷、更精确、更智能化的方向迈进。总结了雷达传感系统在生命体征信号检测应用中的研究进展,详细讨论了与系统相关的硬件架构和信号处理技术的发展。研究发现,发展高精度、高灵敏度及小型化的雷达是目前该领域的研究方向,而获取高精度的呼吸信号和心跳信号意味着要实现更高的工作频率、更严谨的硬件架构和更复杂的信号处理算法。最后,总结并探讨了毫米波雷达传感系统在非接触式生命体征检测应用中面临的挑战及未来的发展方向。It is an important diagnostic method in medicine that using vital signs to judge the state of human health.Accurate non-contact vital sign detection based on radar sensors can make up for the shortcomings of traditional contact medical equipment,and promote the development of healthcare system toward a more convenient,accurate and intelligent direction.The research progress of radar sensor system in the application of vital sign detection is summarized.The developments of the hardware architecture and signal processing technology related to the system are discussed in detail.It is found that the development of radar with high accuracy,high sensitivity and miniaturization is the research direction in this field,and obtaining high-precision respiratory signal and heartbeat signal means the implementation of higher operating frequency,more rigorous hardware architecture and more complex signal processing algorithm.Finally,the challenges faced by the millimeter wave radar sensor system in the application of non-contact vital sign detection and the future development direction are summarized and discussed.
