摘 要:教学实践性知识建构是高校教师发展教学能力和提升教学学术水平的基本途径,具有情境适用性、转化流动性与时间演变性等特征。高校教师教学实践性知识建构于教师与其所处真实环境的互动中,但由于教师主体改进教学的动力不足与学校环境中实践共同体文化及规章制度的建设滞后,“以教为中心”的传统教学实践性知识在代际间持续传递,尚未形成“以学为中心”的建构转向。在全力推进高等教育高质量发展的新阶段,促进高校教师教学实践性知识发生质变有其紧迫性。具体而言,通过加强教学学术理念的制度渗透及推动拓展性学习活动的集体创新,有助于迈向“能动-结构”双重革新,从而促成高校教师对教学实践逻辑的转变与创造。Teaching practical knowledge construction is the basic way for university teachers to develop their teaching ability and improve their level of scholarship of teaching, which has the characteristics of situational applicability, transformation mobility and time evolution. The practical teaching knowledge of university teachers is constructed in the interaction between teachers and their real environment. However, due to the lack of motivation of teachers to improve teaching and the lag of the construction of community of practice culture and rules and regulations in the university environment, the traditional teaching practical knowledge of "teaching-centered" has been continuously transmitted between generations, and has not yet formed a "learning-centered" construction shift. In the new stage of promoting the high-quality development of higher education, it is urgent to promote the transformative change of teaching practical knowledge of university teachers. Specifically, by strengthening the institutional penetration of scholarship of teaching and promoting the collective innovation of expansive learning activities, it is helpful to move towards the dual innovation of "agency-structure", thus contributing to the transformation and creation of the logic of teaching practice by university teachers.
