民营企业政治资本代际接力研究——基于温州276位新生代企业家的调查

摘　　要：企业政治资本能够为企业带来丰富的政府资源,企业家参政议政是民营企业获取政治资本的关键渠道。本研究通过对“两个健康”发展先行区——温州276位新生代民营企业家进行调研分析发现:(1)上一代企业家政治身份和参政议政时长显著正向影响企业政治资本代际接力;(2)新生代企业家政治认知、企业资产和职工人数也将显著提高企业政治资本代际可能性;(3)民营企业政治资本代际存在门槛效应,只有当上一代企业家拥有省级以上政治资本时才能够显著促进新生代企业家参政议政,且上一代企业家当选为党代表、人大代表比政协委员对企业政治资本代际促进效果更强。该研究丰富了政治资本代际接力相关研究并扩展了民营企业代际要素研究。Political capital can bring rich government resources to enterprises,and entrepreneurs’participation in politics is a key channel for private enterprises to obtain political capital.This study analyzes 276 new-generation private entrepreneurs in Wenzhou,a pioneer area of“Two Healthy”development,and finds that:(1)the political identity and the length of political participation of the previous generation of entrepreneurs significantly affect the intergenerational transmission of corporate political capital;(2)the political cognition of new-generation entrepreneurs,corporate assets and number of employees will also significantly affect the intergenerational possibility of corporate political capital;(3)further research found that there is a threshold effect of intergenerational political capital of private enterprises,only when the previous generation of entrepreneurs have political capital above the provincial level can promote the new generation of entrepreneurs to participate in politics,and the previous generation of entrepreneurs elected as party representatives and NPC deputies has a stronger intergenerational promotion effect on political capital of enterprises than CPPCC members.This paper enriches the research related to intergenerational political capital succession and extends the research on intergenerational elements of private enterprises.
