摘　　要：材料与化工类专业英语已然成为高年级学生必修的专业课程之一,也是本科生进一步深造和工作所必须要掌握的基本技能之一,能对其今后发展起到至关重要的作用。基于OBE(成果导向教育)理念的项目驱动式教学模式可以有效驱动学生去完成学习目标,强化学生的自主探索能力和实践能力。因此,本文尝试融合OBE理念和项目学习的各自优势,关注学生在学习过程中对知识和能力的收获程度,以期为当前专业英语的教育教学模式提供新的改革思路。Professional English for Materials & Chemical Engineering has become one of the compulsory major courses for senior students, which is also one of the basic skills for further studying and working that should be mastered. It displays a vital role in their future development. The project driven teaching mode based on the concept of OBE(Outcome Based Education) can effectively drive students to complete their learning objectives and strengthen students’ independent exploration capability and practical capability. Therefore, this study attempts to integrate the respective advantages of OBE concept and project-based learning, and pay attention to the harvest of students’ knowledge and capability in the learning process, in order to provide new reform ideas for current professional English education and teaching mode.
