摘　　要：设计了一种斜齿渐开线花键测球固定夹具,对夹具的组成结构和使用方法进行了说明,分析了V型槽深度与测球高度的关系,并进行实例验证,证明夹具的测量准确度符合使用要求。A helical involute spline ball measuring jig is designed.The composition structure and using method of jig are described.The relationship between the depth of V-groove and the height of measuring ball is analyzed,and an example is given to verify that the measuring accuracy of jig meets the requirements.
