摘　　要：通过对河北省六十三所高职院校2021年国家级科研项目立项、论文发表、专利授权及成果转化三方面数据进行采集,分析了河北省高职院校科研发展现状及存在问题,提出了完善科研奖励机制、打造科研创新团队、搭建校企共建平台等建议以激发教师科研热情,提高教师科研能力,从而进一步提升河北省高职院校整体科研水平。Through collecting the data of 63 higher vocational colleges in Hebei province in 2021 from three aspects of national scientific research project approval,paper publication,patent authorization and achievement transformation,the status and existing problems of scientific research development in higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province were analyzed.Some suggestions are put forward,such as improving the reward mechanism for scientific research,building research and innovation teams,and building school-enterprise co-construction platform,so as to stimulate teachers’enthusiasm for scientific research and improve teachers’scientific research ability,thus further improve the overall scientific research level of higher vocational colleges in Hebei province.
