摘　　要：开滦技师学院积极构建“四方联动、四化管理”的劳动教育协同育人模式,在劳动教育模式探索与实践中,积极营造尊重劳动、崇尚技能、鼓励创造的教育氛围,加强学生劳动观念、劳动意识的培养,使劳模精神、劳动精神和工匠精神成为每个学生的职业信仰。在劳动实践中学生综合素质得到提升,人才培养质量得以提高。Kailuan Technician Institute actively build"the Four-party Linkage,the Four-mechanism Management"labor education cooperative education mode,in the exploration and practice of labor education mode,actively create an educational atmosphere that respects labor,advocates skills and encourages creativity,strengthen the training of students’labor concept and labor consciousness,so that the spirit of model workers,labor spirit and craftsman spirit become every student’s professional belief.In labor practice,the comprehensive quality of students has been improved,and the quality of talent training has been improved.
