摘 要:紫花苜蓿是最重要的饲草作物之一,近几年其组学研究进展迅速,极大推动了紫花苜蓿品种的遗传改良和种质资源创新。随着高通量测序技术的发展,基因组拼接、比较基因组学、转录组学和表型组学等多组学研究日渐深入,在紫花苜蓿逆境响应机理探究、重要功能基因挖掘、优良性状选育等方面得到了广泛应用。综合阐述了紫花苜蓿基因组进化、基因家族鉴定、重要农艺性状功能基因挖掘、非生物胁迫分子响应机制和种子多光谱表型组学检测等方面的研究进展,并对未来苜蓿多组学研究的方向和热点作了展望。Alfalfa(Medicago sativa)is one of the most important forage crops,and recently,there has been a great progress on its omics researches,which has greatly promoted the genetic improvement and germplasm resources innovation of alfalfa varieties.With the development of high-throughput sequencing technology,genome splicing,comparative genomics,transcriptomics,phenomics and other omics researches are increasingly in-depth,which have been widely used in the research of alfalfa stress response mechanism,mining of important functional genes,and breeding of excellent traits.In this paper,we reviewed the advanced in genome evolution,gene family identification,functional gene mining of important agronomic traits,molecular response mechanism of abiotic stresses,and seed multi-spectral phenotyping of alfalfa,and looked forward to the future directions and hot spots of alfalfa multi-omics researches.
