摘 要:本研究从高职生常见的心理挫折出发,探究其在心理健康课程教育中的影响因素,提出了优化高职学生心理健康教育的具体策略,并进行了高职生抗挫能力提升的实践探索,以提高高职学生抗挫能力,帮助学生树立正确的价值观,使高职生毕业后能充满自信顺利融入社会,成为真正能满足社会需要的高技能人才。This study starts from the common psychological frustrations of higher vocational students, explores their influencing factors in the mental health course education, puts forward specific strategies to optimize the mental health education of higher vocational students, and conducts a practical exploration on improving the anti-frustration ability of higher vocational students. The purpose of this study is to improve higher vocational students’ anti-frustration ability and help them establish correct values, so that they can integrate into society smoothly with confidence after graduation and become highly skilled talents who can really meet the needs of society.
