摘 要:为了优化45/Mn13异种钢焊接过程中Mn13钢侧的焊接热循环,抑制Mn13钢焊接热影响区晶粒长大与脆硬相析出,采用ANSYS有限元软件对不同散热条件下的45/Mn13异种钢焊接温度场进行数值模拟,并将模拟结果与试验数据进行对比分析.结果表明:未安装温控装置条件下,Mn13钢侧焊缝边界处焊接热影响区焊后冷速逐渐减小,且长时间维持在400℃以上;安装温控装置条件下,温度达到峰值后迅速降低,400℃以上持续时间不超过3.4 s.数值模拟和试验结果表明:安装温控装置对抑制Mn13钢侧焊接热影响区晶粒长大与脆性相析出效果显著;单纯降低散热板温度对Mn13钢侧焊接热影响区的热循环影响不大.To regulate thermal cycle curve of the heat-affected zone(HAZ)on the Mn13 side during the welding process of 45/Mn13 dissimilar steel,and inhibit the grain growth and brittle phase precipitation in the heat-affected zone on the Mn13 side,we used ANSYS finite element software to numerically simulate the temperature field in the welding process of dissimilar steel under different heat dissipation conditions.The results were compared with the experimental data,showing that when the temperature control device is not installed,the temperature reduction rate in the heat-affected zone gradually decreases and remains above 400℃for a long time.After the temperature control device is installed,the temperature decreases rapidly after reaching the maximum value,and the duration above 400℃does not exceed 3.4 s.Combined with the experimental analysis and verification,it is determined that the installation of temperature control device has significant effect on inhibiting grain growth and brittle phase precipitation in heat-affected zone on Mn13 side.In addition,the study shows that simply reducing the temperature of the heat dissipation plate has little effect on the thermal cycle curve of the heat-affected zone on the Mn13 side.
