采空区注浆孔口封闭工法关键技术应用分析

摘　　要：孔口封闭工法注浆是一种非常成熟的注浆治理工法,主要适用于水利水电工程中的大坝、水库注浆,在煤矿采煤治理采空区工作中也有一定的应用,但是如何充填露天煤矿的采空区却很少见。原来的充填注浆采空区治理技术,主要采取自上而下或自下而上的工法。这些工法存在一些弊端,主要是耗时长、效率低,严重影响工期。孔口封闭工法同样是充填式注浆,但其采取了一些关键技术,解决了自上而下方法中绕塞泛浆的难题,同时依靠重复注浆,提高了上部注浆段的施工质量。中国阜新百年国际赛道城一期采空沉陷区采取了孔口封闭工法注浆,开创了露天煤矿治理采空区的先例。该工法治理速度快、效率高,2个月治理2万m^(2)采空区,为后续建筑施工提供了必要条件。Orifice sealing grouting is a very mature grouting method,which is mainly suitable for dam and reservoir grouting in water conservancy and hydropower projects,and it is also used in coal mining to control goaf in coal mine.However,how to fill the goaf of open-pit coal mine is very rare.The original filling grouting goaf treatment technology mainly adopts the top-down or bottom-up construction method.These construction methods have some disadvantages,mainly time-consuming and low efficiency,which seriously affect the construction period.The orifice sealing method is also filling grouting,but it adopts some key technologies to solve the problem of plug flooding in the top-down method,and at the same time depends on repeated grouting to improve the construction quality of the upper grouting section.The hole closure grouting method was adopted in the goaf subsidence area of the first phase of Fuxin International Raceway City,China,which set a precedent for the treatment of goaf in open-pit coal mine.This method has the advantages of high speed and high efficiency,and the goaf of 20,000 square meters is treated in two months,which provides the necessary conditions for the follow-up construction.
